Automating partner reviews for Amazon's $1B+ Devices business
UX Designer — Sole Designer

Designed workflows and interfaces for Supplier Business Review Management, an internal application supporting supplier evaluations across Amazon's $1B+ Devices business.
Supplier evaluations were manually assembled from scattered data sources into slide decks, consuming significant time. Follow-ups were tracked informally, leading to missed escalations and inconsistent performance tracking across the organization.
I designed a scorecard-based summary system that automated data aggregation across Product Development, Mass Production, Risk, and Business categories. The interface featured executive summaries with AI-assisted generation, filterable data visualizations, and a structured follow-up workflow that replaced email-based tracking.

SBRM overview: 90% reduced presentation creation time, 50% reduction in follow-up and escalation time

Scorecard concept: Total score with category breakdowns for Product Development, Mass Production, Risk, and Business
Reduced presentation creation time by 90% through automated data aggregation and scorecard generation
Cut follow-up and escalation time by 50% with structured tracking workflows
Standardized performance tracking across the entire Devices supplier network
This project demonstrated how design can create leverage at organizational scale. By structuring the review process into a consistent interface, we didn't just save time — we changed how the organization communicated about supplier performance.
